Position Overview:

eBranch Sales Advisors are responsible for delivering professional and personalized service to members in a remote environment including processing transactions and bundling credit union products that will fit the needs of the members. eBranch Sales Advisors are responsible for sales, operations, quality, and member experience goals. This is a great opportunity for experienced Personal Bankers, Financial Service Representatives and Banking Specialists, who also possess excellent skills in navigating the digital channels/landscape.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Performs outbound tele-consulting, educating on products (Share Accounts, Consumer & Mortgage Loans) and services to members
• Achieve sales and service goals of the department
• Positively promotes and provides guidance on our services through all channels: Secure Chat, eMail and Phone
• Offers subject matter expertise to our call center and branch staff in our remote channels
• Trouble shoots/analyze bill payment or online banking issues
• Completes help desk/CRM items within established service line agreements

Qualifications and Experience:

• Excellent skills in navigating the digital channels and/or landscape
• Well organized and able to multi-task, and detail oriented
• Ability to communicate with our online banking partners and gain commitment in achieving our minimum service expectations
• Excellent interpersonal skills (able to engage and build long-term relationships with our members-being the trusted advisor)
• Excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast paced team environment
• Good understanding of financial services and products provided
• Understanding of related legal and regulatory standards, and required loan documentation
• Knowledge of consumer lending practices
